Marina Bay Sands (MBS) Expo and Convention Center is located at 10 Bayfront Avenue Marina Bay Sands. Nearest metro station; Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) is CE1/DT16 Bayfront Station on the Circle Line and Downtown Line – Exit E on the left.

Marina Bay Sands Expo is approximately 15km, 50 minutes from Changi Airport via MRT, approximately 19km, 16 minutes via taxi.

To enter the event area, all participants must have a name badge. Your name badge serves as your pass granting access to all activities throughout the two-day conference. Please note that a strict “no badge, no entry” policy will be enforced.

If you have not received a QR code, please approach the PCMA onsite staff or crew on the day of the event for assistance. They will be happy to assist you in obtaining your badge.

While we highly recommend registering prior to 14 April through the Business of Events website, walk-in registration will also be available. This is open on 14 April (8:00am-12:00pm) at the helpdesk.

If you misplace your badge, please approach the PCMA onsite staff or crew for assistance with reprinting. They will be happy to assist you.

Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email ([email protected]). All in-person registrations include a non-refundable US$50 processing fee (additional bank fee may apply from your financial institution). Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

There are no refunds for cancellations received after 7 March 2025. No refunds will be granted for no-shows registrations.

Replacement of a registered attendee by a business colleague/ co-worker must be submitted in writing via email ([email protected]) and must be dated on or before 17:00 CET on Friday 28 March 2025. These requests will not be accepted without advance written authorization from PCMA ([email protected]). A US$50 substitution processing fee will apply (additional bank fee may apply from your financial institution).

Yes. PCMA has been approved by the Events Industry Council (EIC) as a Preferred Provider of The Business of Events conference, which qualifies for CMP continuing education credit. Determination of continuing education credit eligibility or Preferred Provider status does not imply EIC’s endorsement or assessment of education quality.

The total number of hours for the 2-day event will be determined soon.

To earn the CEUs, please scan your badge QR code upon entry into any of the sessions. After each session, kindly answer the feedback form.
