Breakthrough Mindsets for Breakthrough Performance
Azran shares his entrepreneurial journey of building businesses that challenged industry status quo across a diverse range of industries, from heavily-regulated and capital intensive industries like building an airline from scratch, to the fast-moving video streaming and digital health sectors. In each case, he shares the questions that he asked to challenge strongly-held industry beliefs that inspired innovative business models that were never done before. He invites the audience to think about what limiting beliefs might they hold in their careers and industries. He offers three frameworks and tools to master our minds and turn fear and risk into action to move faster and learn quicker than our competition, and build a culture of speed and agility in our teams.
