Organiser Scholarship Programme Benefits:
- Complimentary registration to attend The Business of Events 2025 (13–15 April)
- VIP access to education and networking functions
- Daily refreshments and lunch on 14 & 15 April at the event venue
Your Commitment:
- Commitment Fee: Complimentary
- Withdrawal Policy: Notify us at least one (1) month prior to BOE 2025 if you need to withdraw.
- Future Participation: Organisers who withdraw last minute or fail to attend without notice will forfeit eligibility for future scholarships and PCMA event invitations.
- Attendance Requirement: Full attendance is mandatory for all scholarship events and scheduled appointments with partners and sponsors.
Tentative Programme (subject to change):
- Sunday, 13 April (AM): Buyer Insights Dialogue, followed by Welcome Reception (by invitation only)
- Monday, 14 April (Evening): Private Hosted Dinner (TBC)
- Tuesday, 15 April (Evening): Private Hosted Tour (TBC)
- 14 & 15 April: Scheduled appointments at BOE 2025 (minimum of 5 appointments)
