DES RECERTIFICATION

DES Recertification is required every two years due to the rapidly changing nature of technology, virtual and digital events.

  • You must earn 20 clock hours of new virtual/digital-related continuing education programs. Content must have been hosted or created within two years of your certification date.
  • Exam is only required if certification has lapsed beyond 60 days of renewal date.
  • DES recipients with lapsed certifications may recertify through the application process and taking the DES exam.

Where can I get my clock hours?

All DEI education is approved for recertification. If you are submitting clock hours not provided by DEI or PCMA, please include:

  • Providing organization date.
  • Location and length of time.
  • Clock hours earned.
  • Title, session description and learner objectives.
  • Registration confirmation, payment receipt organization transcript, certificate of completion or name badge.

The application fee is $150 USD. You will be redirected to make the payment after completing the form below.
