The Nexus of Business Events
Convening EMEA is PCMA EMEA’s annual flagship event bringing together the global business events industry for an immersive 3-day programme in Europe.
Let’s Collaborate. Let’s Grow. Let’s Belong.
Either we grow or we become irrelevant. Whether your mission is your own professional or personal growth, or you are focused developing your team or your organisation, you can’t do it alone. We need to collaborate with others to have meaningful growth and determine our path forward.
We’ve designed Convening EMEA to connect people who share a common purpose to make a positive impact. The business of human connections is what we collectively do better than anyone else. In a world of continued pressures and exponential changes, these connections will be foundational to building a stronger future.
Those relationships will be cultivated in a welcoming and safe environment where ideas and insights will flourish. You will leave equipped to move forward in your role and inspired for the future
Together we’ll explore how to navigate and embrace uncertainty, learn how to find simplicity in a chaotic world, and innovate to thrive as individuals, teams and organisations.
We will use industry learnings and expert insights to transform approaches and challenge ourselves. You’ll share, debate, experiment and co-create in highly interactive formats across scenarios.
Let’s collaborate with others from different industries and various sectors with different ideas, for at the intersection new approaches are formed, new inventions born, and new learnings happen.
Let’s belong to an industry committed to delivering: a positive impact.

VISITING COPENHAGEN
Meet Copenhagen; the cultural capital of the North, the World Capital of Architecture in 2023 and one of the most liveable cities in the world.
Enjoy picturesque, cobbled squares, canals and copper spires, try out the best shopping, restaurants, and nightlife in Northern Europe and be inspired by our green initiatives, international connectivity, creative environments, relaxed lifestyle, and active use of city spaces to name just a few.
Copenhagen is a city built and developed with its residents in mind and with a big emphasis on liveability. Cycling is part of everyday life in Copenhagen and locals and visitors can easily get around thanks to the more than 380 km of bike paths and state-of-the-art bike bridges in the city. The same bridges are part of an incredible harbour transformation that has turned this central part of the city into a cultural and recreative space that boasts water so clean that you can swim in it.
All of this and much more make Copenhagen a state of mind and a way of life where efficiency and professionalism meet safety, sustainability, creativity, equality, happiness and trust.
