Convening EMEA Scholarship

Would you like to join us at Convening EMEA in Lausanne?

The PCMA Foundation supports select individuals to attend the event and enjoy the benefits of PCMA membership for one year.

The scholarship includes the following:

  • Registration to attend Convening EMEA 2021 including all educational sessions, social events, conference meals, and breaks
  • Swiss train travel pass
  • Two nights accommodation (17-19 October 2021)
  • PCMA membership for one year (if not already a member)
  • Round-trip economy airfare (up to 500 EUR)

Hosted Planner Group

Apply now to be a member of a hosted planner group at Convening EMEA. You will have the opportunity to network with a small (5-10) group of business event professionals while building a relationship with a PCMA Partner. Each member of the group is entitled to:

  • Complimentary registration to Convening EMEA 2021 including all education sessions, social events, conference meals and breaks
  • Swiss train travel pass
  • Two nights accommodation (17-19 October 2021)
  • VIP Seating at Mainstage sessions and lunches
  • A customized event itinerary which may include invitations to a focus group, hosted dinner and/or cocktail reception

It is located near famed natural landscapes and traditional mountain areas offering a variety of attractions and experiences. From watches to wine, cheese to chocolate the options are endless if you’re hoping to plan a pre or post ‘me time’ extension.

The city is recognised as the Olympic Capital and is centrally located in the heart of Europe, coupled with easy access, an excellent public transport system, and outstanding natural environment, we believe it is the perfect setting for Convening EMEA.
