The Convening EMEA Education Programme is designed to inspire growth and innovation by featuring insights from both within and beyond the Business Events Industry. Our sessions combine real-life examples with broader global trends to provide participants with practical tools, peer-to-peer learning opportunities, and hands-on innovation strategies.

VISITING ROTTERDAM

EVENT VENUE
Convening EMEA 2025 is hosted at Postillion Hotel and Convention Centre WTC Rotterdam. Centrally located in the city this venue is a heritage trading site that dates back to 1941 and has retained parts of its original structure undergoing expansion in the 1980s. This full–service convention centre offers plenary to fit up to 1200 pax and has 21 breakout rooms on the main level plus 8 further breakouts one level up. There is 3500m squared of exhibition space and the venue also offers 168 hotel rooms in-house.
ACCOMMODATION
Attendees of PCMA Convening EMEA 2025 in Rotterdam will have option to choose a selection of hotel experiences at special PCMA EMEA rates. The host HQ hotels are Postillion and Hilton Hotels. There are also 3 other hotel options in the city centre within walking distance of the event venue. Registered attendees can book accommodation using the accommodation platform.

Experience Rotterdam from many different vantage points on the curated tours taking place on 14th October. You can choose to experience the city’s innovation from the water visiting a floating farm or why not see how Rotterdam is dealing with climate change on the rooftops. Rotterdam is a highly diverse city embracing over 170 nationalities so find out how the city has ensured that the next generation is integrated and yet culturally individual.
Cycling empowers and changes lives so experience how Rotterdam is a city made for cyclists and enjoy some healthy treats en route! Visit the ‘Cape’ and see smart urban planning which has completely transformed this once undesirable peninsula in Rotterdam.
