Jeremy Rees
ADNEC Group has appointed Jeremy Rees as chief executive officer of ExCeL London. Rees has served as acting chief executive officer since November 2017. Rees, who joined ExCeL in 2010, has spent more than two decades working in the exhibitions industry.
Mark Herbert
Incentive Solutions has named Mark Herbert chief executive officer. He succeeds Steve Damerow, who led the company since its founding in 1994. Herbert will lead Incentive Solutions as both president and chief executive officer. Before joining the Incentive Solutions team, Herbert served as vice president of incentives and technology at WorldTravel Incentives and Meetings.
Melissa Holm
Steelcase Event Experiences has named Melissa Holm as its creative director. In this role, she will spearhead their design innovations in crafting participant experiences. Holm joins the Steelcase team from Gensler, where she worked for the last 15 years, most recently as the interior design director for its Phoenix office. There, she was responsible for leading several hospitality, retail, and senior living projects across the country.

Ellen Klesta
DuPage Convention & Visitors Bureau has named Ellen Klesta market and services manager. In this newly created position, Klesta will help bolster the organization’s efforts to identify and secure new and recurring meetings, conferences, and events for DuPage County. Klesta has more than two decades of hospitality sales and marketing experience. She most recently served as corporate sales manager for The Clubhouse Restaurant in Oak Brook, Illinois.
Sue Wilkes
The Calgary TELUS Convention Centre has appointed Sue Wilkes as its international business development manager, Europe. Wilkes will be operating in market from London to generate new client opportunities. Previously, Wilkes worked with convention bureaus in Chicago and Sydney, among other destinations.
Yael Stuart
ProExhibits has added Yael Stuart to its sales management team, where she will serve as director of sales. Stuart has more than 15 years of sales management experience and has developed teams of account executives for companies such as FedEx and Experian.

Stacey Knoppel
Events DC has hired Stacey Knoppel as director of convention management at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Knoppel will oversee the organization of convention services by coordinating with show management, service partners, and internal teams. Knoppel previously served as director of sales, service, and marketing for the Baltimore Convention Center.
Amanda Voss
Bellagio has appointed Amanda Voss as the resort’s new vice president of sales. In this position, she is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for hotel sales and convention services at Bellagio. Voss brings 18 years of sales and operations experience to this role, and most recently served as vice president of sales for Park MGM.
Marcos Ribeiro
George P. Johnson has hired Marcos Ribeiro as vice president, global executive creative director, for the IBM account. Based in the company’s New York office, Ribeiro will be responsible for leading global creative efforts for IBM and expanding the local team in the U.S. Previously, Ribeiro — who has more than 20 years of experience creating strategic and innovative campaigns — spent more than a decade working with IBM as a creative lead while at Ogilvy & Mather.
