Chloejean Tedford and Nancy Jess
Discover Saratoga (Saratoga Convention & Tourism Bureau) has hired Chloejean Tedford as its new director of convention services. In her new role, Tedford will work with meeting and event planners to ensure they have a positive experience. Tedford has worked in Saratoga’s hospitality industry for more than five years, most recently serving as senior event services manager for the Saratoga Hilton.

Nancy Jess, who joined Discover Saratoga in 2015, has been promoted to national sales director. She will manage all sales activities for the corporate, education, and film and entertainment market segments.

Doug Rollins
Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) has named Doug Rollins as its new regional vice president — South U.S. Based in ALHI’s global sales office in Atlanta, Rollins now leads the global sales teams in Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, and Orlando, which help meeting professionals, association executives, incentive specialists, and business executives in the region who are interested in holding events at ALHI’s member hotels and resorts. Before joining ALHI, Rollins served as vice president of sales and marketing for the Chateau Élan Winery and Resort in Georgia for 17 years. 

Ivy Gustafson
Gotham Artists has appointed Ivy Gustafson as senior vice president. Gustafson has more than 15 years of experience developing and growing relationships with event professionals, Fortune 500 clients, trade associations, and non-profit organizations in the lecture industry. Previously, she served as vice president at Washington Speakers Bureau.

Phillip Jones
Phillip Jones, president and CEO of Visit Dallas, has been recognized in D Magazine’s special edition of the publication, The Dallas 500 of 2018 Guide. The issue celebrates the most powerful business leaders in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and placed Jones among the top leaders in the Arts, Sports, and Leisure category.

Marshall Hilliard
Hilton New Orleans Riverside has named Marshall Hilliard its new director of sales and marketing. He will lead all aspects of sales and marketing strategies at the property. Hilliard has more than 25 years of experience in hospitality, and most recently served as director of sales and marketing at the Westin Charlotte.
