Diane DiAntonio

The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (MCCA) has promoted Diane DiAntonio to the role of general manager. She succeeds Joyce Leveston, who is leaving MCCA to join Spectra as the company’s new senior vice president of convention centers. DiAntonio, an MCCA employee for nearly two decades, previously served as assistant general manager for the past year with a primary focus on operations at the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center in Boston’s Back Bay. In her new role, DiAntonio will oversee MCCA’s business operations teams and contract partners. She will also be responsible for providing leadership, management, and direction to further enhance the customer experience at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, Hynes Convention Center, and Lawn On D.

Lumi Hilchey

Lumi Hilchey has been appointed as the new regional director of the U.S. and Canada for the German Convention Bureau (GCB). She will be responsible for sales, marketing, and public relations efforts, in addition to being tasked with supporting meeting and incentive planners looking to bring events to Germany. Hilchey will be based in the GCB’s New York office. Previously, she served as U.S.A. head of business travel at Atout France U.S., a French government agency responsible for the country’s tourism in the U.S. market.

Taylor Levy

Destination South Meetings + Events has promoted Taylor Levy to associate director of sales. Levy joined the organization in 2018 as an account manager after graduating from Oklahoma State University.
