- GOLD – Ideal for a team of 18 members or more.
- SILVER – Perfect for a team of 12 members or more.

Q. What is the application process for the Enterprise Plan?
A. After you confirm your interest in the PCMA APAC Enterprise Plan, the PCMA APAC team will send you an online application form and an invoice for processing. Please note that all benefits will begin once your payment has been received and verified by PCMA APAC.
Q. Who is eligible for the Enterprise Plan? Are there any specific criteria?
A. All organisations registered in the APAC region are welcome to sign up for the PCMA APAC Enterprise Plan.
Q. What is the effective date for commencement of plan validity?
A. Your plan validity will commence once we receive both your signed application form and payment.
Q. What if we are a group of companies and/or a network office? Can we register?

Q. If one of the to-be registered individuals is based outside of the APAC region due to internal transfer, can he/she enjoy the benefits offered in the enterprise plan for appointed individuals?
A. Only individuals based in the APAC region are eligible for benefits under this enterprise plan.
Q. Our company is registered outside of the APAC region, can we sign up for the PCMA APAC Enterprise Plan?
A. The enterprise plan is currently only available to organisations registered in the APAC region. Documentation will need to be submitted for validation.
Q. Can I cancel and refund the enterprise Plan fee at any time? If so, what is the cancellation and refund policy?
A. The APAC Enterprise Plan is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Q. If we do not assign the PCMA membership immediately upon activation of our plan, is the membership valid one year from the date of activation, exclusive of the PCMA APAC Enterprise Plan?
A. The enterprise plan, including individual memberships, is valid for one year from the date of purchase. All individual memberships will expire when the enterprise plan expires, regardless of when they are assigned.
Q. Can we swop the PCMA membership among ourselves?
A. All transfers of memberships must be requested by email through the appointed representative of the organisation. PCMA APAC will do the transfer and update once it is completed. Transfers are not allowed for memberships with less than 90 days remaining.
Q. Are event access passes only applicable to team members who are assigned PCMA membership?
A. The event access passes can be exercised by anyone with the agreement of the organisation’s authorised point of contact.
Q. Can we transfer the online learning library access on our own?
A. All transfer of accounts must be requested by email through the appointed representative of the organisation. PCMA APAC will do the transfer and update once it is completed.
Q. What events are available for us to participate in, and how many events does PCMA APAC host each year?
A. In addition to the Business of Events (APAC Conference), we organise micro activations such as PCMA APAC Labs and PCMA Webinars across different cities in the APAC region.
Q. Are event participations included at no additional cost with the enterprise plan?
A. Yes, depending on your enterprise plan—Gold, Silver, or Bronze—you will receive a different number of complimentary access passes to our events. If your organisation exceeds the allotted number of free passes for your plan, additional registrations will be at the member’s rate.
Q. Are event access passes transferrable?
A. Yes, the event access passes are transferrable if you like to attend with your colleagues, business partners, or clients.
Q. What is in-house training?
A. PCMA APAC can tailor our suite of professional certification and certificate courses to meet your business needs. Provide your team with a safe learning environment where they can collaboratively resolve challenges and grow alongside their peers.
Q. What is PCMA Circles and its benefits?
A. PCMA Circles is an exclusive, interactive programme for members, designed to foster deep connections and meaningful conversations among business events professionals. It brings together small, curated groups of industry peers with shared goals, challenges, or interests, creating a trusted community for honest discussions, idea exchange, and collaboration on industry-specific issues.
