Fun Lee Joins PCMA as Medical Business Events Consultant


CHICAGO, IL, September 13, 2016 – The Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), the leading global community and educator for Business Event Strategists, announces that Fun Y. Lee, CMP-HC joins the association as a consultant. Lee will provide an additional experienced voice to further PCMA’s education and content offerings on the trends and challenges of medical business events and compliance globally.

“Expanding our medical focus with Fun’s in-depth knowledge into what medical meeting leaders need in order to help them to excel in their roles will help us further expand our reach and develop programming unique to the industry,” says Deborah Sexton, president and CEO, PCMA.

Lee has been with the Cardiovascular Research Foundation [CRF] for 9 years.  She was the Manager, Meeting Planning for 3 years before she was promoted to Director, Meeting Planning & Exhibits.  Prior to CRF, She worked at the Society of the Plastics Industry, American Institute of Chemical Engineers, and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.  She has been an active PCMA member for 7 years and she has served on several task forces including serving as the Co-Chair of the Education Conference Committee in 2015.
