One of the world’s great travel frustrations may have been (partly) solved. Delta Airlines has just launched a new feature on its app, which enables flyers to track their luggage in real time. It’s perfect for those of us who still travel “light” and expect the hold to indeed hold our essentials. Initially available on U.S. flights to London Heathrow, flights from Amsterdam and Paris are soon to follow. The app won’t, of course, guarantee your luggage arrives in the same city as you, but at least you’ll know where in the world it is.
