Deana Ivey
Deana Ivey, who has worked for the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp for 21 years, has been promoted to the newly created position of executive vice president. She will also retain her previous role of chief marketing officer. The position was created to help Spyridon oversee and coordinate the company’s sales and marketing initiatives. In her new role, Ivey will work closely with Spyridon to handle tourism and convention business demands.

Mitch MacGregor
AlliedPRA has announced Mitch MacGregor as its new global sales manager. In this role, MacGregor is responsible for fostering deeper relationships with existing clients and leveraging the relationships to drive revenue to AlliedPRA offices through third-party accounts in the Midwest. Previously, MacGregor worked as a brand ambassador for Global Travel Alliance in the Midwest.

Néstor Núñez
Visit San Antonio has promoted Néstor Núñez to the role of senior sales manager. Núñez joined the Visit San Antonio team in 2009 as a sales manager, where he focused on Texas meetings. Núñez then advanced to the role of national sales manager and handled larger meeting groups across several geographic regions.

Kevin Hinton
Minding Your Business (MYB) has welcomed Kevin Hinton to the leadership team as executive vice president of strategy. In this new position, Hinton will serve as a client project strategist while also leading the strategic services team to implement forward-thinking approaches to drive long-term success for clients. Hinton has more than two decades of leadership experience. He most recently served as CEO of the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE).

Adrienne Siemers
The Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp (NCVC) has promoted Adrienne Siemers to senior vice president of sales. She will assume many of the responsibilities of former chief sales officer Kay Witt, who retired earlier this summer. Siemers has been with NCVC since 2005. In that time, she has led several high-profile projects, including the city’s bid to host the 2026 FIFA World Cup games.

Jill Buckley
Jill Buckley has joined Meet Minneapolis as a national account executive. In this role, she will lead the sales effort in the Northeast association and corporate meetings market. Additionally, Buckley will be responsible for sales efforts in the government meetings market across the country. Most recently, Buckley served as sales manager for GES, a global event marketing company.

Robert Colvin
Connections Housing has promoted Robert Colvin to the roles of chief operating officer. He will focus on growth and expansion initiatives, overall executive oversight of operations, customer service enhancements, call center and travel department operations, and enterprise-wide increased efficiencies. Colvin previously served as executive vice president for Connections, where he has worked since June 2010.

Jay Marsh
Steelcase Event Experiences has hired Jay Marsh as a business development consultant. In this role, he is responsible for driving new business nationwide, with a focus on the East Coast. Marsh previously spent 13 years with Visit Dallas, where he served as Mid-Atlantic regional director of sales.

Andrea McFadden and Artrice McNeil
The Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp. has appointed Andrea McFadden and Artrice McNeil to lead regional sales efforts for the Washington, D.C., market. McFadden is director, Mid-Atlantic regional office, while McNeil is director of national accounts. McFadden has more than 20 years of sales and leadership experience in the Washington, D.C., market, including seven years as sales director for Visit Denver. McNeil has more than a decade of experience in hospitality. She previously worked at Experience Columbus, Hamilton Crowne Plaza, and the Chicago Convention & Tourism Bureau, among other organizations.
