The Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) has named Lisa Censullo as its new executive vice president. In this newly created role, Censullo will concentrate on driving growth in membership, expanding GBTA’s global footprint, developing meaningful events, redesigning GBTA’s education model, and growing into new verticals. Censullo most recently served as chief operating officer at Advanced Depositions.
Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI) has appointed Ashly Balding its new chief strategy officer. She will oversee member communications, marketing, sales strategy, and strategic business development. Balding previously served as executive vice president of ALHI, where she has worked since 2003.
The Cincinnati USA Convention & Visitors Bureau has hired Tricia Suit to fill the role of visitor experience manager. She will oversee operations in the organization, manage the Cincy USA Tourism Ambassador Program, and create and implement new strategies to welcome visitors to the region. Suit previously served as vice president of marketing for Downtown Cincinnati Inc.
MCI Group Canada Inc. has promoted Natasha Hilliard to the role of director, institutional division, in its Vancouver office. She will be responsible for leading the institutional division business unit team and its strategy, including the growth of the Professional Congress Organization and development of the association management and consulting business across the company’s major regions. Hilliard joined MCI Group Canada in 2007 as a sales manager before being promoted to director, association relations.
The Oxnard Convention & Visitors Bureau has named Courtney Freeman its group sales manager. Previously, Freeman served as director of national sales for Elite Status Group.
