Sperstad, CMP, is the director of the Meeting and Event Management Program at Madison College and educates business events industry strategists on creating more brain-friendly experiences. A former event planner, Sperstad combines neuroscience with such areas as leadership development, management training, and education. With a master’s degree from the NeuroLeadership Institute she is an advocate for building more mindfulness elements into meetings and events.
