Annalisa Ponchia is a seasoned events management professional with over 30 years of international experience in the industry. She currently serves as the Director of Innovation and Customer Experience, as well as Director of International Congress Development, at AIM Group International. In her role, she has been instrumental in developing a new compelling narrative to widen outreach and increase the company’s visibility, leveraging its vast network of offices and presence worldwide.

With a deep-rooted background in the meeting industry, Annalisa has organized conferences and events around the globe for the corporate sector, government, and associations. She spent nearly 12 years guiding the European Society for Organ Transplantation as CEO, gaining substantial knowledge of the association environment and processes. Her previous experience running her own PCO company specialized in medical meetings for ten years further underscores her expertise in the field.
