PCMA Announces 2022 Class of 20 In Their Twenties


CHICAGO, IL (November 24, 2021) – PCMA has identified 20 of the brightest and most talented global professionals from the next generation of business events leaders for its annual “20 in Their Twenties” class.

The Class of 2022 represents strategists, suppliers and destinations from the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, and Singapore. “The PCMA Foundation is thrilled to honor the 2022 Class of ‘20 in Their Twenties’ – another outstanding group of young leaders in a long line of talented professionals since the program began in 2014. These inspiring individuals exemplify leadership, tenacity, and creativity, showcasing a bright future for the business events industry,” said Meredith Rollins, PCMA’s chief community officer and executive director of the PCMA Foundation.

The “20 in Their Twenties” class of 2022, supported by PCMA Foundation and Experience Columbus, will be honored during Convening Leaders at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas January 9-12.

Class members are selected by a committee of veteran industry professionals and ‘20 in Their Twenties’ alumni. Applicants were required to provide examples of industry leadership, a video statement, and professional references. They can be no older than 29 as of January 9, 2022.

In addition to receiving a scholarship to attend Convening Leaders, the Class of 2022 receives complimentary registration to PCMA’s EduCon, PCMA membership and access to PCMA educational products. The Class of 2022 ill also be featured in PCMA’s Convene magazine and have exclusive opportunities to participate and network with business events industry leaders.
