Team training services and new user features previewed at Convening EMEA 2023 in Copenhagen
September 21, 2023 — PCMA and CEMA president and CEO Sherrif Karamat and GEVME CEO Veemal Gungadin today announced the rollout of a suite of new AI learning and training services aimed at helping businesses elevate their team performance and productivity through the use of generative AI.
Called SPARK Accelerator, PCMA and GEVME have created two learning experiences – Explorer and Innovator – that include workshop training on AI, use case development and an implementation action plan. Sherrif and Veemal also shared some additional updates on SPARK since being launched in May:
- Over 3,000 users have signed-up to use the SPARK tool to-date;
- Over 2,000 industry stakeholders from around the globe have been engaged in presentations, webinars, workshop and labs to contribute to the further development of the SPARK tool and AI training and learning experiences; and
- According to a soon to be released Convene report, 64% of event professionals surveyed are now using AI in some form.
Additional SPARK tool functionality and use cases previewed in Copenhagen included enterprise-level data privacy and security, enhanced content repurposing and website sentiment analysis.
