‘Smart noise’, data mining and design thinking at the heart of 2018 PCMA ICESAP Annual Conference

Meetings and events industry leaders will discuss methods of creating memorable brand experiences using gamification, design thinking and “smart noise” at the 2018 PCMA ICESAP Annual Conference on 7-9 November in Bangkok, Thailand. The three-day education and networking event targets professionals in the growing Asia Pacific MICE industry.

This year’s “Interaction with Intention” programme has been specifically designed to ensure business events strategists gain tangible learnings that will have a positive impact on their future events.
