Michael Pouey
The Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau (GFLCVB) has named Michael Pouey as its new vice president of group sales. Pouey will lead the convention sales team to deliver group and convention business for Broward County hotels and the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center. He will also serve Greater Fort Lauderdale’s clients located in the Western United States. Pouey has 20 years of hospitality and leadership experience, most recently leading the sales and event team at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina.
Heather Laverne
Hilton has appointed Heather Laverne as vice president of customer engagement, loyalty, and partnerships for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Based at Hilton’s European head office, Laverne will lead a team focused on creating and growing direct relationships with customers through branded experiences. Laverne previously worked at American Express, where she served in leadership roles for 13 years. She most recently served as vice president, international premium products.
Rosmalia Hardman
Rosmalia Hardman has been named the new director of revenue, sales, and marketing for Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific’s managed properties in Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, Hardman will lead a team focused on creating marketing campaigns, strengthening revenue channels, and driving sales growth across the collection. She has more than 30 years of experience driving revenue improvements in industries such as hospitality, business services, property development, and education across Asia and the Middle East. Hardman previously worked as chief brand and marketing officer at SIS Group of Schools in Indonesia.
