Carolina has started her career studying architecture and scenography and has over 15 years’ experience in the business events industry across multiple areas. She has been helping organisations to design, transform and deliver engagement and experiential strategies that are stakeholder-centric solutions and empower relationships to thrive. In 2020 Carolina completed a Business Sustainability Management qualification at The University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, and she is also CMM and PMP accredited.
SPECIAL GUEST: Virginia Till, Sustainable Materials Management Coordinator, US EPA
Virginia Till is sustainable materials management coordinator and food systems lead for EPA Region 8. Virginia is passionate about keeping good food out of landfills and bridging the urban-rural divide to connect urban folks to food and agriculture. Virginia’s current work emphasizes collaboration, and audience-specific messaging for behavior change. Virginia pursues her fascination with growing things by gardening at home and studying fungi and is cat mom to Ned Kitty.

A seasoned marketing professional, Traci has successfully led strategic planning for events, facilitated cross-functional collaboration, managed business financial planning, executed impactful campaigns, implemented metrics-driven approaches, and shaped long-term strategies at renowned companies, including Ellucian, Salesforce, GitHub, and UBM Tech.
Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at PCMA (Professional Convention Management Association), Traci brings her wealth of knowledge to drive innovative marketing strategies. In this role, she spearheads initiatives to enhance PCMA’s brand experience, adapt for organizational growth, and guide her team in achieving new milestones.
With a Masters in Executive Leadership, Traci underscores her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. As a featured speaker, Traci shares her insights and expertise at conferences, offering a unique perspective on marketing trends, leadership, and the dynamic landscape of the industry.
