- 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM: Opening Reception (silent auction, live music, appetizers, refreshments)
- 6:30 PM – 10:00 PM: Dinner Service & Awards Ceremony (banquet, live entertainment, awards and audience participation.)
REGISTRATION FEES:
Early Bird – Before October 19
- Table of 8 = $2,000.00
- Individual Ticket = $250.00
After October 19
- Table of 8 = $2,800.00
- Individual Ticket = $300.00

Rising Star
The Rising Star Award celebrates an emerging talent who, despite being new to the industry, demonstrates exceptional dedication, vision, and enthusiasm. This award honors an individual who has made significant contributions through unwavering commitment and volunteer efforts—a future leader destined to shape the future of the events industry. By bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the field, recipients inspire their peers and spark positive change across the community. Their early accomplishments signal extraordinary potential for long-term leadership and continued influence in event management.
Eligibility: Less than 3 years in the events industry
Supplier of the Year – Destination Marketing…
Destination Marketing Organization or Convention Visitors Bureau: This award is open to any Destination Marketing Organization (DMO), Convention Visitors Bureau (CVB), or individual serving the PCMA NCC chapter region that has demonstrated a strong commitment to client partnership. The winning DMO/CVB will have showcased innovative ways to promote their destination, fostered successful collaborations, and created unique experiences that enhance the appeal and success of their location.
Supplier of the Year
The Supplier of the Year Award honors outstanding professionals in the hotel and event services sectors, including Sales Managers, GSOs, Conference Services, DMCs, audiovisual companies, and entertainment providers. This award recognizes individuals or teams who demonstrate an exceptional commitment to client success, a deep understanding of their industry, and the ability to deliver seamless, creative, and successful event experiences. The recipient consistently goes above and beyond, providing innovative solutions and unparalleled service that contribute significantly to the success of their clients’ events.
Meeting Planner of the Year
The Meeting Planner of the Year Award honors an industry professional who exemplifies excellence in all business interactions and consistently delivers innovative solutions to event challenges. This individual is recognized for their creativity, and their remarkable ability to enhance events year after year, demonstrating a deep respect for and valuing vendor and supplier relationships. Their achievements set a high standard for excellence and professionalism in event planning.
Eligibility: Corporate and or Association
Intermediary Planner of the Year
Intermediary Planner of the Year Award honors an industry professional who exemplifies excellence in all business interactions and consistently delivers innovative solutions to event challenges. This individual is recognized for their creativity, and their remarkable ability to enhance events year after year, demonstrating a deep respect for and valuing vendor and supplier relationships. Their achievements set a high standard for excellence and professionalism in event planning.
Eligibility: Independent, and or 3rd Party Planners
Field Marketer of the Year
The Field Marketer of the Year Award honors a professional who leverages in-person events as a strategic extension of sales and relationship-building efforts. By aligning closely with sales teams, partners, and customers, the recipient creates high-impact experiences—such as roadshows, VIP activations, and demos—that deepen trust, accelerate pipelines, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role bridges the gap between marketing and sales, turning face-to-face engagement into loyalty and tangible growth.
Event Marketer of the Year
The Event Marketer of the Year Award recognizes a professional who excels in crafting and executing strategies that drive awareness, attendance, and engagement for events. This individual blends creativity with data-driven insight to design campaigns that elevate the attendee experience before, during, and after the event. From brand storytelling and content strategy to multi-channel promotion and digital engagement, the recipient demonstrates mastery in turning an event into a movement—delivering measurable ROI for stakeholders and leaving a lasting impression on audiences. This award honors those who understand that great events aren’t just planned, they’re marketed with precision, vision, and purpose.
Legend
The Legend Award is bestowed upon a distinguished events and hospitality professional who has provided outstanding service to the industry and various trade organizations over the course of their illustrious career. This award recognizes an individual who has made significant, lasting contributions to the industry and the Bay Area events community. Their career, spanning a minimum of 15 years, is marked by exemplary dedication, innovation, and influence.
Eligibility: Minimum of 15 years in the events industry
