There’s a new way to customize your Convening Leaders experience this year.
Uniquely designed Content Studios are immersive-learning environments created for education, interaction, and experience in specific program topics — from events strategy to the hottest trends in the industry. Studio experiences are designed to spark conversation, showcase innovation, and create “wow” moments that can foster emotion and connection.
Specialized Content Studios — including the Media Studio — are part of Convening Leaders 2019.
Each built with fitting AV, food and beverage, décor, and activities, the studios aim to create better experiences by designating specific content-themed areas within the event environment.
“Instead of having a traditional event environment with content themes represented everywhere, this gives participants the opportunity to better customize their experience and move about the environment with more ease and intention,” said Carrie Johnson, senior director of education for PCMA.
“Also, this allows PCMA to demonstrate the use of these rooms as sponsorable assets,’’ Johnson said. “We are aligning the themes of the studios with sponsors who want to be recognized along with specific topics relating to their businesses.”
