Tinna C. Nielsen

Anthropologist, leadership trainer, inclusion and diversity expert


Nielsen is the founder of the nonprofit Move the Elephant for Inclusiveness, which the organization’s website says, “moves people to redesign decision-making, organizations, and societies.”  She is the former global head of diversity, inclusion, and collaboration at Arla Foods, an international cooperative based in Denmark, and she also worked for The Danish Institute for Human Rights. Additionally, Nielsen is a strategic partner for inclusiveness and gender parity at the United Nations.
