HOLLY RANSOM RETURNS AS CONVENING LEADERS MAIN STAGE HOST

Trusted Voice of PCMA’s Global Community to Lead Convening Leaders 2027 Main Stage Conversations

CHICAGO, IL – Sherrif Karamat, CAE, President and CEO, PCMA & CEMA, announced Holly Ransom, CEO of Emergent Global, will return as Main Stage Host for Convening Leaders 2027 (CL27), taking place January 10–13, 2027, at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Ransom, who has partnered with PCMA for eight years, brings deep knowledge of the global business events community, connecting themes across speakers and sessions into meaningful narratives.

She has earned the trust of PCMA’s global community as she has a rare ability to read the room in real time, drawing out what matters most for participants rather than simply narrating the moment, and the composure to adapt when plans change. She has sat across from leaders from President Barack Obama, who personally chose her to moderate his 2018 appearance in Australia, to Sir Richard Branson. Over the past several years, she has led CL Main Stage conversations with Tabitha Brown, Brené Brown, Amal Clooney, President Bill Clinton and 67th Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, and Trevor Noah.

“Holly knows our community’s history, not just a single year’s run sheet. That continuity is worth more than any single great performance, and it’s the reason we continue to engage Holly, year after year” said Karamat. “Her ability to connect people and ideas makes her a natural partner in PCMA’s mission to drive social and economic progress through business events.

“Convening Leaders has never felt like just another event to me. It is a community of people who bring the world together and who push one another to lead better,” said Ransom. “Sitting down with exceptional leaders in January is always a welcome and exciting opportunity, and I can’t wait to share those conversations with this amazing global community.”
