Annalisa Ponchia
AIM Group International has named Annalisa Ponchia as director of innovation and customer experience. This is a new strategic position within the organization in which Ponchia will drive innovation across the AIM Group International’s functions and raise the added value offered to clients. Ponchia has 30 years of international experience in events and association management. She served as chief executive officer of the European Society for Organ Transplantation for more than 12 years.
Lindsey Bowman
Lindsey Bowman has been named the convention and meeting sales manager for Destination Niagara USA. She will be responsible for marketing and selling all convention and meeting business for the destination. Bowman has been with the organization for more than six years, most recently serving as the leisure group sales manager.
Rodney Faulk
The Raleigh Convention Center has appointed Rodney Faulk, CTA, as its newest assistant general manager, effective May 28. He will oversee operations and housekeeping, event management, security, outdoor and special events, and maintenance for the convention center and the Red Hat Amphitheater. Faulk most recently served as the director of operations for the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
