Melissa Callum
The Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau has named Melissa Callum as executive director of PHL Life Sciences, a business division of the PHLCVB. Prior to joining the PHLCVB, Callum spent more than a decade with Life Sciences Pennsylvania, where she most recently served as vice president of strategic initiatives. She brings not only a strong grounding in the life sciences sector but also more than a decade of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, and industry engagement to her new role.
Francesca Devrient
Francesca Devrient has joined Opus Origin as its new chief product officer, bringing more than two decades of experience across B2B and B2C markets to the company’s leadership team. She previously served as global director, business architecture and enterprise solution design at Red Hat and then as global senior director for product, platforms, and AI at Booking.com. In her new role, Devrient will work with founders and management teams to develop new product offerings and commercial models.
