Michel Bourdon

MCI Group Canada Inc., a branch of MCI Group, has appointed Michel Bourdon as director of business development in its Montréal office. Bourdon, a special events industry veteran, will bring his experience in leadership, networking, and motivational skills to MCI from his previous role — vice president of sales and convention services for Tourism Montréal. In his new position, Bourdon will leverage his deep passion for and knowledge of Montréal to expand MCI Canada’s business on a global level.

Chad Enloe

The Arlington Convention & Visitors Bureau has appointed Chad Enloe as vice president of sales. Enloe, who has more than two decades of experience, most recently worked as regional director of sales for Aimbridge Hospitality. Enloe will now oversee sales efforts and operations of the Arlington CVB sales team, assisting in developing and implementing strategies that will deliver return on investment in convention sales.

Susan Richardson

The Detroit Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau (DMCVB) has named Susan Richardson as its new director of sales. She joins the DMCVB from the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City, where she served as director of sales and marketing solutions. Richardson has more than 20 years of sales experience, including convention center and hotel sales. Her main priorities in her new position will be leading the sales efforts to continue to attract new convention and group business, overseeing a 16-person sales team, and building relationships with DMCVB partner hotels, venues, and attractions. 

Rebecca Carr

Pan Pacific Seattle has named Rebecca Carr as director of sales and marketing. In addition to overseeing sales and marketing efforts, Carr will focus on leading catering, events, and conference teams and ensuring that visitors have access to the best experiences for their event and group needs. She previously served at Starwood Hotels and Resorts in management, sales, and marketing roles for 11 years.
