Dino Michael will extend his current Waldorf Astoria brand head role to include the global brand head position for the Conrad brand, effective Jan. 1, 2020. In this role, Michael will lead brand innovation, strategic development, and leadership initiatives for both the Waldorf Astoria and Conrad brands. He was appointed global brand head for Waldorf Astoria in June 2018.
Andrew Falter has been named director of group sales at Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa in Ponte Vedra, Florida. He has more than 30 years of sales experience in hospitality, with particular knowledge of the Mid-Atlantic, New York, and New England association markets. Before taking on this role, Falter was founder and president of Sponsorship Reliance Group. He also served as director of association sales at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin.

RoomIt by CWT, the global hotel distribution division of CWT, has named Jeff ZIdell as senior vice president and customer experience officer. He joins RoomIt from CorePoint Lodging, where he was senior vice president, asset management. Before that, he spent nearly a decade with Hyatt Hotels, where he was senior vice president, loyalty marketing and partnerships.
The organization also has named Ellen Zfaney as vice president, supply strategy and innovation. She previously worked as head of global strategic partnerships at Expedia for three years. Prior to that, Zfaney was vice president, Americas partnerships, Orbitz Partner Network at Orbitz Worldwide for almost 11 years.
