Narudee Kristhanin or Poom is recognized as one of the most experienced LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitators in the region. With multi-disciplinary background, she uses rich facilitation and training skills with specialization in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method to drive meaningful transformation, deep collaboration, real-time strategy and innovation for organisations and personal development to be robust in the VUCA world.
She has been trained intensively by the world master trainers in LSP who have developed the methodology and she is the local partner of a world master in LSP, Per Kristiansen. Poom is also the certified facilitator for complexed transformation & collaboration by Adam Kahane, the world’s leading facilitator for transformation and complexed change and the bestselling author of “Solving Tough Problems” and “Transformative Scenario Planning.
Poom is currently Managing Partner & Director of Inspiration, Eureka International Co., Ltd. and the founder of www.LSPThailand.com She has 17 years of experiences as multi-disciplinary consultant, facilitator, trainer and researcher, contributed to the transformation of individuals and organizations of various size in different industries including banking, automobile, real estate, FMCG, telecom, and hospitality & tourism, pharma, and media both in private and public sectors.
Through Eureka International, she leads transformation projects collaborated by network of high-level executives from the smallest granule size project working closely with local village people to the projects at national level. Besides consulting and facilitating works, she also currently serve as the adjunct lecturer at Chulalongkorn University for both post-graduate and undergraduate level where she has been teaching there for 13 years.
She currently serves as Board Committee of Khon Thai Foundation and the Board Committee of Northwestern Alumni Association (Thailand)
Before she took on Eureka International transforming from Eureka Consulting established in 2005, she was the Program Director at Dhurakij Pundit University responsible for the pioneer and growth of the first international master degree program in integrated marketing communications (IMC) in Thailand and was respected as the lead thought leaders on integrated marketing communications with her dedicated column in Post Today newspaper in Thailand. She translated and narrated the book “IMC the Next Generation” Thai edition authored by her professor Don E. Schultz at Northwestern University. Poom started her career with awarded residency with CNN in Hong Kong then later joined J. Walter Thompson before she embarked on academic career.
