Marina Bay Sands is dedicated to connecting attendees in impactful ways. One such way is the pilot “metaverse” program, developed with technology studio The Doodle People, which allows guests to interact in an avatar-driven, gamified platform.
With capabilities in place for hybrid and virtual events—an industry first in Asia—Marina Bay Sands allows event organizers to tell their story and amplify their content like never before, whether attendees are onsite or across the globe.
Reimagined Food and Beverage Concepts
At the Expo & Convention Centre, catering becomes an extension of your event. The culinary team can design immersive formats—from canapes suspended by helium-balloon “clouds,” to delicacies delivered by conveyor belt—tailored to each event’s theme. Supported by award-winning and celebrity-led restaurants, which include Maison Boulud and Yardbird, the team provides bespoke onsite catering, elevating the event experience.
Impactful Meetings Beyond the Venue
Business events don’t end at the venue’s doors. The new Marina Bay Civic Immersion Trail is a two-hour curated walking experience exclusive to delegates of Expo & Convention Centre, offering C-suite participants and planners a unique way to extend the program beyond the venue. Designed in collaboration with facilitators from AND Pte Ltd, the trail blends Singapore’s rich history, culture, and leadership stories, providing meaningful insights into the city’s heritage and the visionary leadership of its founding fathers — with lessons that continue to resonate in today’s business landscape.
Wellness Redefined
The first venue in Asia to be be awarded a Healthy Gold Venue accreditation, Marina Bay Sands launched its THRIVE wellness program in 2024. Organizers can incorporate meditation, stretching, or flow sessions into the meeting day, as well as workshops to boost energy, productivity, and communication.
