What do you like most about your job?

The best part about my job is that I have the freedom to think creatively and be a thought leader in the industry.

Where would you like your career to go?

I plan to enhance my craft, reform my leadership skills, and would like to be on a path to the C-suite.

What’s the best day you’ve had in the meetings industry so far?

Easily the best day I’ve had in the meetings industry was meeting some lifelong industry friends poolside during Experient’s E4 conference at the Houston Marriott Marquis.

What will be the biggest change in the industry over the next 20 years?

I think the biggest change in the industry over the next couple of decades will be integrating the next generation of leaders. There was always speculation about how Millennials and now Generation Z would enter the work force and change how businesses and organizations operate. What will the next generation look like? What are their expectations? What’s important to them? How will we react and change the way we operate considering the answers to these questions?
