What do you like most about your job?

My favorite thing about meeting planning is being able to create great experiences for people. I also enjoy the challenge of keeping a sharp mind with the many moving parts of putting an event together and how to make it unique.

Where would you like your career to go?

After obtaining my CMP, I want to take on more of a leadership role with a professional development focus within the industry. My ultimate career goal is to be a chief experience officer for an association company that focuses on mental health awareness and advocacy.

What’s the best day you’ve had in the meetings industry so far?

Receiving the phone call that I was selected as a recipient of the PCMA Top 20 in their Twenties.

What will be the biggest change in the industry over the next 20 years?

With the way technology is being developed and improved so rapidly, I definitely think it will become more prevalent in enhancing attendee experiences — specifically with wearable technology.
