You’re Invited! Join NYPCMA and NYIAEE for the 2026 Summer Social!
Get ready for an evening of connection, conversation, and community! Whether you’re a planner, supplier, faculty member, or student in the meetings, exhibits, and events industry, you’re warmly invited to attend the NYPCMA and NYIAEE Summer Social.
Enjoy great company, delicious drinks and bites, and the chance to network with industry peers and leaders. Chapter representatives from both associations will be there to greet you and share the latest updates from their organizations.

For Event Planners Only: Margaritaville is offering a site inspection tour starting at 3:30pm. If you are interested in attending the tour please email the NYPCMA Team at [email protected]. There is limited availability.
Early registration closes Friday, July 3. Onsite registration will be available after this date. Suppliers: Please consider inviting a planner to attend as your guest.

Prior to the NYPCMA Chapter Summer Social: Accessibility Lens Tour: Waldorf Astoria New York – 2:30–3:30 PM
In recognition of Disability Pride Month, NYPCMA members are invited to join us for a special accessibility lens tour of the newly renovated Waldorf Astoria New York before our Chapter Summer Social.
This immersive experience is designed for meeting planners to explore accessibility in a live hotel environment — not just as a checklist or theory, but as part of how guests arrive, move through, gather, communicate, and experience a space.
Together, we’ll look at the venue through the lens of access, inclusion, guest experience, and event planning, while also celebrating Disability Pride Month and the reopening of one of New York City’s iconic hotels.
The tour will conclude with a celebratory drink toast at Peacock Alley Bar.
