Please join us on Wednesday, June 17th for the PCMA Greater Philadelphia Chapter’s annual Phillies networking event at Citizens Bank Park! The festivities are planned to maximize the fun with a private reception area inside the park complete with food, beverages, and plenty of your industry colleagues and friends.
Networking Lunch Information: Your registration includes one and a half hours of beer, soft drinks, and ballpark food favorites. Food and drinks will be served from 12:30pm-2:00pm. The Rooftop Terrace is located inside the park above Ashburn Alley.
Game Information: The game starts at 1:05pm. Attendees will be able to watch the game from the reception area or from the bleacher seats adjacent to the reception area.
Registration Information:
- Registration is limited to PCMA members and guest colleagues from the meetings and events industry. Spouses, partners, and friends of the industry are welcome, too. If you are interested in attending the Phillies game but you are not affiliated with the meetings and events industry, please visit the Phillies website for more information on purchasing game tickets.

- PCMA PHL is committed to creating a well-balanced event experience with strong engagement between planners and suppliers. To ensure this, we will closely monitor registration and may limit certain registration categories if the ratio does not align with our event goals.
- Purchasing a ticket on your own and attending this private event is not an option. Wristbands and tickets will be checked upon entry and throughout the event.
- This event sells out! Please register early to reserve your spot!
Note to Suppliers: Please consider inviting a planner to attend as your guest. Many planners cannot expense this event since it does not have an educational component.
Check-In Information: Tickets, Rooftop Party Passes, and badges will be distributed at the PCMA PHL registration table outside the Left Field Gate from 12:00pm-1:00pm. After 1:00pm, tickets will be available for pickup at Will Call, which is located at the First Base Gate. Please try to get to registration no later than 1:00pm to make your arrival and check-in as smooth as possible.
Parking: Information on parking and transportation can be viewed at https://www.mlb.com/phillies/ballpark/transportation.
Bag Policy: Please take note of the bag policy at the stadium. Only very small purses and clear bags are permitted inside the stadium.

If you register as a PCMA PHL member and your membership is not current, you will be charged the difference and any additional balance will be charged to your original form of payment. If you register under an incorrect regisration category, your registration will be updated accordingly and any additional balance will be charged to your original form of payment. Prepayment is required for all attendees. Tickets are non-refundable.
