Global Meetings Industry Day: Future@Work–Bridging Gaps and Embracing Differences

Join us to celebrate the business events industry and its resilient workforce, learn from experts in the field, and interact with your colleagues. Our GMID event will include 150+ business events professionals. This year’s program will focus on how to leverage the power of multiple generations in the events industry workforce to create growth. The meeting will start with a keynote presentation on harnessing the power of new generations to work better together. During this engaging and lively talk, Tim Hines, aka The Marketing Starter, is a CMO, keynote speaker, author, podcast show host, and consultant who helps people master the art of human-to-human business and communications. He will help dispel myths about the generations, provide strategies for bridging the gap between generations, and discuss how generations can work together to build back the workforce post-COVID. Tim will then moderate a panel discussion that dives deeper into building company culture, staffing models and challenges, and recruitment, retention, and job training. Panelists will represent all corners of the industry. Don’t miss out on your opportunity to learn from seasoned experts and each other!

Learning Objectives:
