Ethnographers research populations where they live and work through observation and interviews. Could that science be used in leveraging insights to help exhibitors connect with participants in more meaningful ways? This session will showcase how corporations and nonprofits are applying the ethnographic lens to better understand and serve the needs of customers, members and those attending or exhibiting at trade shows.
