Getting around Copenhagen
Registered attendees will receive a complimentary Congress Travel Pass for travel within Copenhagen by metro, train and bus compliments of Copenhagen Convention Bureau.
Details on how to access the travel pass will be communicated by the EMEA team to Registered attendees closer to the event.
The venue for Convening EMEA main programme is Bella Center Copenhagen which is located at Center Blvd. 5, 2300 København, Denmark.
Bella Center Copenhagen is just 6 km from Copenhagen Airport (10 minutes by e-taxi) and 8 km from Copenhagen city centre.
The metro station “Bella Center” is located only a few minutes from Bella Center Copenhagen. Further information on www.m.dk.
The venue for Registration on Wednesday 20th September is Copenhagen City Hall, Rådhuspladsen 1, København. Registered attendees can pick up badges at City Hall from 15:00.

All the Exploration Tours will start from Copenhagen City Hall at 16:30. Guides will meet registered attendees from 16:00 who have signed up for the tours in front of City Hall. All the Exploration Tours will finish at Copenhagen City Hall. Radhuspladsen is closest Metro stop to City Hall.
The Welcome Reception is in Copenhagen City Hall, Rådhuspladsen 1, København on Wednesday evening 20th September starting at 19:00.

Registration on Thursday morning is in Bella Center venue, Center Blvd. 5, 2300 København, Denmark and opens from 08:00 with sessions commencing at 09:00.

The Dinner is hosted in the city centre at Wallmans Circus Building, Jernbanegade 8, 1608 København V, Denmark.

Yes- the deadline for receipt of cancellations is 2nd August 2023. Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email ([email protected]). All in-person registrations include a non-refundable $50,- processing fee. There are no refunds for cancellations received after 2nd August 2023. No refunds will be granted for No-Shows or Digital Registrations.
Replacement of a registered attendee by a business colleague/co-worker must be submitted in writing via email ([email protected]) and must be dated on or before 17:00 CET on Friday 8th September 2023. These requests will not be accepted without advance written authorization from PCMA ([email protected]) A $50,- substitution processing fee will apply.

The Danish Accessibility Label is a national label in Denmark. The label system was developed to fit best practice for accessibility measures in both existing and new buildings.
