CAROLINA GORADESKY

Carolina has started her career studying architecture and scenography and has over 15 years’ experience in the business events industry across multiple areas. She has been helping organisations to design, transform and deliver engagement and experiential strategies that are stakeholder-centric solutions and empower relationships to thrive. In 2020 Carolina completed a Business Sustainability Management qualification at The University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, and she is also CMM and PMP accredited.

Carolina is now leading global efforts in sustainability both internally and externally across all PCMA brands, regions, and strategic partnerships.
