Abir Haddoud
Entrepreneur, Edtech Founder, Author, and Thought Leader
Abir’s journey from a small Algerian village to the global stage is a testament to resilience, ambition, and the power of strategic thinking. Abir learned early on that all things are possible when you align your actions with a clear purpose.
At 16, she was honored by the President of Algeria as a top student. She then moved to France alone, where after two years of intensive preparation, she was accepted into a top-tier global engineering school. By the age of 21, Abir was already working at a premier strategy consulting firm, and by 27, she had become the youngest executive at a company with revenues of $2 billion. By 30, she embarked on her entrepreneurial journey, founding two companies, including an Edtech venture, and leading multiple ventures across different sectors.
For Abir, strategy is not just a tool for business—it is a guiding principle in life. Having a clear strategy is essential to achieving anything, whether in personal development, business transformation, or leadership. Her ability to apply strategic thinking to both her career and life has been key to her success (and to her Clients), and she believes that anyone can achieve great things with the right plan in place.
At Convening EMEA, Abir will share her approach to integrating minimalist principles into business and life strategy to achieve impactful, sustainable growth in a fast-paced world. Her message is one of possibility and empowerment—if a girl growing up in a small village can lead the life she has today, so can anyone with the right strategy in place. This is an invitation to explore the art of what’s possible, together
