We are delighted to welcome you to the PCMA x MyCEB Circle! This programme aims to (1) build and nurture Circle members as brand advocates for PCMA and MyCEB, (2) elevate the strategic value of business events to the Malaysia economy and their organisations, and (3) gain business events organisers’ insights through frequent touch points.

Because the value of the Circle depends on every voice at the table, active participation is essential. Member commitments include:

Attend two Circle meetings (scheduled for August and November 2026) — please note: if you are not available to attend one of the scheduled meet-ups, we are still happy to welcome you to the Circle
Actively participate in discussions during Circle meet-ups
Share relevant case studies and professional experiences to enrich group learning
Abide by the Chatham House Rule — members may share insights gained from the discussions, but may not attribute statements to any individual, in order to encourage open and candid discussion
No solicitation — Circle interactions are reserved for peer exchange, not business development or sales activity
