Cara is a seasoned tourism & hospitality professional with 20+ years’ experience. As Head, Tourism & Hospitality at NTUC LearningHub, she spearheads lifelong learning initiatives with strategic partners. Her leadership spans roles at esteemed organizations like Accor Group, Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, and Resorts World Sentosa. Notable achievements include bringing Skift Forum Asia and The Special Event Asia to Singapore, and orchestrating the Singapore MICE Forum at Sentosa in 2019. Cara also contributed to Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s Diploma in Tourism & Resort Management program, receiving the NP Teaching Award for AY2021/2022. She champions regenerative tourism and events, holds certifications as a sake and wine sommelier, and enjoys running and exploring culinary delights.
