Songpathara is the Entrepreneur behind MindDoJo. His major training and facilitation interests are in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Leadership & Team Psychology and Influential Presentations methodologies. Over the past 10 years, he has created learning solutions and facilitated workshops in these areas for both leading local & international banks, insurance companies, energy providers, telecom providers, pharmaceuticals and government organisations. These valuable experiences have enabled him to help his clients grow their business through growing their people and the innovations they create.

Before moving back to Thailand, Songpathara lived and studied in the UK for 15 years. He is fully bilingual in English and Thai, can converse in French and understands Latin.

In his spare time, he enjoys lecturing & coaching at Thammasat University in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Leadership & Teams and Organizational behaviour for the International BBA, International BE & International MBA programs.
