PCMA SECURES MULTI-YEAR EVENT PRODUCTION PARTNERSHIPS TO DELIVER IMPACTFUL EXPERIENCES FOR THE GLOBAL BUSINESS EVENTS COMMUNITY

SourceOne Events and Advanced Staging Productions to Support Onsite Experiences and Main-Stage Production

CHICAGO, IL – Sherrif Karamat, CAE, President and CEO, PCMA & CEMA, today announced event production partnerships with SourceOne Events and Advanced Staging Productions. SourceOne Events has committed to a three-year agreement to support PCMA’s signature events in North America from 2027 through 2029. Advanced Staging Productions returns for a second consecutive year to produce Convening Leaders 2027 in Miami Beach, Florida.

The partnerships reflect a deliberate shift in how PCMA is collaborating with these organizations and their teams to support the creation and activation of its events. These multi-year commitments give each partner the opportunity to plan earlier, innovate together and build further upon what the business events community has shared — what worked, and what can be improved.

SourceOne Events, the Elmhurst, Illinois–based national general service contractor, which served as General Service Contractor for Convening Leaders 2026, has signed a three-year agreement – 2027 through 2029 – to continue in this same role for PCMA’s North America events, including Convening Leaders, Business Events Industry Week, including Visionary Awards and the DC Fashion Show, Business Events Summit (formerly edUcon), CEMA Summit and the Chicago Fashion Show.
