Michelle Moon and Brenda Square
Visit San Antonio has promoted Michelle Moon, CPCE, CTA to director of destination services, effective Sept. 1. She succeeds Brenda Square, CMP, CTA, who has announced her retirement following 17 years of service with the organization. Moon will lead Visit San Antonio’s destination services team in managing large meeting groups and connecting local partners with convention meeting planners looking to grow attendance and create authentic experiences in San Antonio. Moon, who has more than 17 years of experience in the meetings and events industry, joined the team in 2016 as associate director of destination services.

Susan Hinfey
Teneo Hospitality Group has named Susan Hinfey as its new director of sales, Western U.S. Hinfey has more than two decades of sales experience with luxury hotels, including the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company.

Nancy Mammana and Janette Roush
NYC & Company has announced two marketing appointments. Nancy Mammana has been named senior vice president, marketing, where she will oversee all of the organization’s marketing areas. She has had an extensive career in marketing and partnerships with heavy focus on travel and tourism, culinary, and arts promotion. Mammana also spent a decade as vice president, account services for The Marketing Arm. Janette Roush has been named managing director, marketing, where she will oversee tourism marketing, meetings and convention marketing, and vibrancy campaign promotion strategy. Roush has spent more than two decades working in marketing at organizations such as Broadway.com, Type A Marketing, and most recently AKA, an entertainment advertising and strategy organization.

Jeff Moore and James Kelley
MCI USA has added two industry veterans to its Strategic Events, Meetings & Incentives (SEM&I) business unit: Jeff Moore and James Kelley. Moore has been named vice president, technology & innovation. Moore will work with the established technology development team to propel programming goals for the company’s ONEsystem+ and identify integration and partner technologies for MCI SEM&I. More previously worked on key systems for Experient for the last 15 years. Kelly has been appointed as director, onsite, lead retrieval & business development. He will lead and develop MCI USA’s onsite and retrieval teams and help the company drive registration business. Kelley previously worked for Experient as well, where he spent 19 years.
