If you’ve ever attended a large event with catering supplied by food trucks, you’ve almost certainly had to endure the long lines that form at ordering windows.
At a Kellogg Company event, where four food trucks served 250 people, Barrie Schwartz of My House Social asked each truck to set up tables in front of the vehicle loaded with hot dishes and other meal components. Food truck staff passed those items out to the crowd.
