Myrtle Beach Meeting Spaces You Need to See

A Sponsored Message from Myrtle Beach Convention Center

When you plan your event at Myrtle Beach Convention Center (MBCC), you’re not only inviting your guests to a beautiful seaside city in South Carolina—you’re gathering them in a facility that is practical, comfortable and welcoming. Planners will love MBCC’s new upgrades (think fresh welcome banners at all entryways and keypads at high-traffic areas that will save time), plus the plentiful meeting spaces all within one convenient site.

Exhibit halls

MBCC’s spacious 100,800-square-foot, column-free exhibition hall can be divided into three sections and features 35-foot-high ceilings. The flexibility of this space can cater to any event need, whether you’re planning an exposition, sporting event, trade show or convention. Each exhibit hall is well equipped with wireless internet and telecommunications.

Grand ballroom

From small to large and casual to elegant, make your event vision a reality at MBCC’s beautifully designed 16,890-square-foot ballroom. This stylish space features 24-foot ceilings and multiple configurations, with the potential to host five large meetings simultaneously.

Meeting rooms

MBCC offers meeting rooms on the first and second floors of the facility, with a combined total of more than 14,000 square feet. The first level offers eight separate, functional meeting rooms including classroom and theater configurations. You will enjoy having access to Meeting Room 101—perfect to use as a planner’s staffing office. The second floor offers nine meeting rooms and features a sleek, modern and upscale boardroom with leather chairs and seating for up to 10. Need more? By opening air walls, MBCC’s meeting spaces have the ability to double in size.

Events plaza

Step outside and enjoy the warm ocean breeze on MBCC’s 30,000-square-foot events plaza. This location is perfect for press conferences, small concerts, themed events or any type of celebration. Guests can enjoy the refreshing sea air while meeting planners can enjoy the ease of the location: Electricity and a portable sound system are available, the space can accommodate large tents, and food and beverage service can be provided from the adjoining Sheraton Myrtle Beach Hotel.
