During panel presentations, speaker conversations can often get lost in the hustle and bustle of attendees moving in and out of the room, having sidebar conversations, or making muffled phone calls. Not so at PCMA Convening Leader’s Future of Face2Face open meeting space in Nashville’s Music City Center, where headsets were available for all attendees.

TheFuture of Face2Face meeting space, in a ballroom totaling 17,900 square feet, is broken into sections, including a main stage, small panels, lounge areas, and even a selfie cafe presented by Destination DC. Attendees listen in with headsets during sessions like “Evolving Business Models” and “Brand Strategies” presented by PCMA partners. After listening in, attendees dropped off their used headsets before venturing out to explore other sessions.
