What does an exceptional meeting experience really look like? From destination selection to venue operations and strategic planning, every partner plays a critical role in delivering a successful meeting. Join industry leaders representing a Destination Marketing Organization (DMO), Hotel Sales Leader, Event & Entertainment Venue Leader, and a seasoned Meeting Planner (the “Client”) as they share how collaboration, communication, and innovation create memorable experiences for customers and attendees alike. Discover where expectations align, where challenges arise, and how working together can elevate every event.

The discussion will be moderated with thoughtful industry questions designed to explore each panelist’s unique perspective, highlight common themes, and share strategies for enhancing the client experience while creating memorable events.
