Do you offer a dedicated quiet area at your events where people can pray or meditate or reflect? What about nursing rooms? On-site child care?

Planners are more frequently faced with such questions as they seek to make all attendees feel safe bringing their whole self to an event. Additionally, as Convene Editor-in-Chief Michelle Russell wrote in a recent column, an editorial in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America noted that a lack of accommodation at events for parents of dependent children means many just don’t attend.

Convene would like to hear how you might be dealing with these questions and concerns. Please take our short survey.
