Women’s Mentoring Rings
Aligning with the PCMA Foundation’s recent research, Advancing Women in Business Events, we’re excited to expand Women’s Mentoring Rings in 2025.
Each Mentoring Ring brings together 10-12 professionals for monthly calls focused on career growth and peer support through shared insights, challenges, and diverse perspectives. This format offers valuable feedback on leadership, negotiation, and career strategies, fostering both individual and collective development. Mentoring Rings are full for 2025; we will accept applications for our 2026 program in the fall.
