Women’s Mentoring Rings

Aligned with the PCMA Foundation’s research on Advancing Women in Business Events, Women’s Mentoring Rings are designed to support ongoing career growth, connection, and leadership development.

Each Mentoring Ring brings together a small group of 10–12 professionals for regular conversations focused on shared insights, real-world challenges, and diverse perspectives. Through guided discussions, participants gain valuable feedback on leadership, negotiation, and career strategies—fostering both individual growth and a strong sense of community.
